The Clipper is a brand new boat custom designed to our specification to meet your needs as a first class event venue. The boat has many features which will make your event a very special and unique occasion; extremely rare in the event cruise world.

Main Deck/Lounge

Our main function room can cater for 80 guests and is highly decorated with quality finishes you would expect of a good wedding venue. The tables are set out in groups of eight with a beautiful wood finish and complementary seat covers.

With all round glazing (with curtains) and ceiling mounted down lighters, the room has a bright airy feel in the room during daylight hours but can also be intimate and comfortable in the evenings.

The high quality carpet provides a safe comfortable walking surface. The sliding glass entrance to the creates the entrance to a high quality hotel and gives you a view if the entire deck the stage/dance floor.

The Bar

Our fully licensed bar provide all your needs serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Wall hung shelves are provided in the lounge area for storing of drink or food while standing on the main deck.

The Stage

The stage/platform is slightly raised and provides a perfect location for a 'top table' at your wedding allowing the people giving speeches to be seen and heard throughout the room. With high amount of daylight your photographer and videographer should be able to get excellent footage of your special day.

The raised stage is a great platform for giving speeches or presentation at your business function such as a sales presentations, team building meetings, conferences, training, award ceremonies or many other business uses.

Dance Floor

The spacious stage also doubles as a dance floor. With a sprung wooden construction it is ideal for all types on dancing.

On Board Sound System/PA

We have an on board PA system which can be used for announcements or playing your iPod to create the right mood for your event. Just hand your iPod to the crew to play on our inbuilt iPod dock in the wheelhouse.

Galley Kitchen/Catering

The galley/kitchen is situated adjacent to the main lounge which means that your food is delivered fresh and hot (or cold) quickly to your guests.

The Top Deck

The top deck has fixed seating for 80 people and wide thoroughfares to allow your guests to move around safely, and get clear uninterrupted views on your cruise. For guests who would like to spend some time outside but remain sheltered, the main deck has a covered area. With specially chosen finishes and colours the top deck feels more like a private boat so your guests know they are in a unique and special venue.

Toilets

Toilets (including wheelchair accessible) are situated on the main deck in the entrance foyer.
