Main Lounge

Our main function room can cater for a wedding with a maximum of 80 guests and is highly decorated with quality finishes you would expect of a high quality wedding venue.

The tables are set out in groups of eight with a beautiful wood finish and seat covers to compliment the internal design of the boat.

Wedding Ceremony

Main Deck Wedding Ceremony

Wedding ceremonies can take place in the main lounge or on the top deck. In the main lounge the raised stage provides an ideal platform for the bride and groom. Having your ceremony on the raised stage give your guests a clear view of the ceremony and helps the focus on you on your special day.

With a high amount of glazing in the main lounge you have a bright airy feel in the room during daylight hours which creates a bright and fresh atmosphere for your wedding ceremony.

The high daylight also helps your photographer and videographer capture all the details and nuances of your wedding ceremony whilst allowing your guests good views of you and your wedding party.

Top Deck Wedding Ceremony

Alternatively you can hold your wedding ceremony on the top deck in the sun and fresh air with the Kyles of Bute as a spectacular backdrop. The top deck can accommodate guests who would like to stand or be seated.

Wedding Meal

The main lunge area provides the perfect space for your wedding meal. The tables of eight are close enough together to create intimacy whilst still allowing plenty of room for movement around the deck.

With highly trained staff serving you, the bar and gallery kitchen close by, great views and a unique atmosphere your wedding will definitely be one that your friends and family will remember.

The stage is perfectly situated (in fact it was specifically designed for the purpose) to host the wedding top table where speeches can be given and announcements made in full view of your wedding guests.

Evening Celebration/Wedding Reception

After sunset we can close the window blinds and create the right atmosphere for your evening reception. Our ceiling mounted down lighters can provide soft, calm intimate setting or if you prefer, we can arrange for show lights to create a lively party atmosphere.

If you have a DJ or a band they can also bring their own lighting. Our stage has plenty of power sockets for their equipment.

Your guests and wedding party can come and go between the main deck and the top deck admiring the views, catching up with friends and generally enjoying the unique boat wedding experience that we provide.

Dance Floor

The spacious stage also doubles as a dance floor. With a sprung wooden construction it is ideal for all types of dancing.

On Board Sound System/PA

We have an on board PA system which can be used for announcements or playing your ipod to create the right mood for your event.

Just hand your ipod to the crew to play on our inbuilt ipod dock in the wheelhouse.

Toilets

Toilets (including wheelchair accessible) are situated on the main deck in the entrance foyer.
