Wedding Experiences
Deborah and Andrew’s vintage wedding was absolutely delightful onboard the Cruiser. The boat was transformed to suit their red and white theme with the interior cabins decked out in pretty bunting, white linen table clothes and co-ordinating table decorations. Guests boarded at the Glasgow Science Centre pontoon and we sailed close to Dumbarton Rock where Deborah and Andrew exchanged vows outside on the top deck in front of around 100 of their close family and friends. Afterwards their guests where treated to a delicious hot buffet menu with our resident chef carving at the buffet table and tempting people with a decadent array of desserts. The rest of the cruise was spent dancing in the inner cabin or enjoying the sights of Glasgow lit up at night on the top deck.
Lauren and Kevin held their wedding ceremony in a local church and were having their wedding breakfast and evening reception in the beautiful Mount Stuart estate in Rothesay. They used the boat to treat their guests to an exclusive, private cruise across to Mount Stuart. With a Prosecco reception, delicious canapés and a string quartet playing this was definitely a luxurious way to travel.
Elaine and Steven exchanged vows surrounded by their close family and friends onboard the top deck of the Cruiser, the sun was shining, the sea was beautifully calm and the champagne flowed . The Cruiser was beautifully decorated to co-ordinate with their wedding theme with draped organza creating a romantic scene for their ceremony. Following a three hour cruise, Elaine and Steven were dropped off at a local hotel where their wedding breakfast and evening ceremony was held.
